Looking a coach in the eyes and following directions are imperative in athletics. ![]() Hustle, which doesn’t require talent, says something about your character and level of desire. Coaches will notice when you hustle (during drills and when moving from station to station) and when you don’t hustle. Any coach worth his or her salt values hustle and effort.
